Esports World Cup

This was my first time working with Emmy Award-winning director R. J. Cutler, cutting a trailer for the first Esports World Cup event. The scale of the project was exciting: esports, competition, global ambition and a lot of pressure to make it feel as big as the event itself. Working with Instant Waves and EFG, I learned a lot from the process and had a genuinely good time shaping the material. The edit needed to carry documentary weight but still move like a sports trailer — emotional, fast and full of momentum.
