MØ

MØ was my first project as an in-house editor at Saltwater Films, and it was a pretty great way to start. The video was part of a seven-film series directed by Vitali Gelwich, so there was already a larger visual world around it, but this piece still needed its own rhythm and identity. Music videos are always a special editing space because the structure is emotional rather than logical — you follow energy, performance and instinct. Getting to step into that world on day one at Saltwater set the tone for a lot of the work that followed.
