PESO RAWS

PESO RAWS was the project that really got me excited about fashion films. There’s an unusual amount of freedom in this kind of work because you’re not always locked to a traditional narrative — the story lives in movement, texture, attitude and rhythm. Working with Ivo Heffner and Mathis Heidemann at Saltwater Films, I got to shape the piece almost like a visual track, finding meaning through selection and pacing. It reminded me how much the edit can create the world of a fashion film when the images give you room to play.
